And a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down

 

But is that really what you need?

 

I’d actually say 1/2 a teaspoon of raw honey is a much better option

 

And just as tasty, if not better

 

I have an array of little tricks and tips that I give my members to increase their results

 

At the end of the day it really is about the 1% changes that will make the difference for you

 

Therefore, I like to give them little tidbits to really help them progress.

 

One of the one’s I have at the moment is to help you sleep better.

 

And it needs a little bit of sugar to help it go down.

 

Plus a sprinkle of magic in there.

 

So what is it?

 

Very simply put, you have a nighttime drink with my special recipe to help you into the land of nod.

 

So the ingredients are as follow; (and I’m going to be honest they aren’t the nicest things in the world, but the upside is well worth it)

 

A squirt of lemon juice

A dash of apple cider vinegar

A teaspoon of pink rock salt

1/2 a teaspoon of raw honey

A tablespoon of coconut oil

 

And mix it all together in boiling water, wait to cool a little and drink up

 

(I just eat the coconut oil because I don’t like it in the water but that’s a personal choice)

 

As I said not the nicest thing in the world but still a great one to have, it really will improve your sleep and has an array of other benefits including essential minerals, anti-bacterial, detoxing and changing your hormones for better sleep.

 

So give this a go if you are having trouble sleeping or just as a general thing to improve sleep and over all health.

 

If you can’t handle the taste, up the honey in it as you get used to it.
