12 Energy Tips You Need in Your Life [Pt. 2]

Because I can provide you with everything that you need, but at the end of the day, if you don’t take action on them nothing will ever change.

So let’s start small and begin today.

If you have already taken action, let’s keep that momentum rolling and keep moving forward.

Now today we are going deeper into methods to boost your energy.

But first.

WARNING!!!

This isn’t going to be for everyone.

In fact, I would dare to guess you may flat out refuse.

It wouldn’t be the first time.

However, if you can get your head around these, they will drastically change the outcome of your day.

So let’s begin…

Amazing Energy Boosting Tip #5

Now, this is one of those that get’s people telling me I am crazy, especially during winter.

But regarding health benefits, this is up there with the holy grail regarding simplicity Vs results.

And that is a cold shower, especially first thing in the morning.

Now I know you’re thinking, not a chance in hell buster.

But here me out…

Because those health benefits are well worth a little bit of cold.

So let’s start with energy,

You would be shocked at the difference this makes to your energy levels, to your cognitive function and your concentration…

Hell, this is what they use to treat people who have chronic fatigue.

Now let’s look at things outside of energy, such as it’s anti-ageing.

That’s right it will help tighten up the skin and keep it that way.

It boost’s your metabolism, helping you to burn more fat.

That’s not bad, is it?

What about helping to burn that fat around your organs, that is linked being the cause of many diseases.

This list goes on, but that should be enough to convince you to add it to your daily routine.

Now if you don’t want to go full ice woman on it, there are ways around it.

Like having your regular hot shower first thing in the morning and then finishing it off with 1-3 minutes of cold.

Please if you only take one thing from today, this is the one!

Amazing Energy Boosting Tip #6

Alright, this one isn’t a crowd favourite either, but once again it works.

And you would be shocked at the other areas that will improve.

So this is a morning cocktail that in the long term will change the way your body works.

So there are many other things that you can add to it, but let’s start with the basics.

You will need:

Hot water
3 squirts lemon juice
20-40ml apple cider vinegar
Teaspoon of Turmeric
2-3 cracks of black pepper
A small teaspoon of MCT oil

Mix it all together and drink down.

Now I am not going to sugar coat this…

It is downright awful stuff.

But what this will do is help cleanse your gut and get that working properly, it will help fight inflammation and will give you brain some soluble fats to use as energy.

This is a big boost to how your body functions, and this, in turn, will drastically change how much energy you have day to day.

Amazing Energy Boosting Tip #7

Now if you have been watching my daily videos as well you may have already seen this one.

If not head over Steps to Greatness on Fb and check them out, there are even more helpful tips there.

But that one is exercise…

Now I know that one of the complaints is that “I am already exhausted how can doing something that makes me tired give me more energy?”

Well I call it the Newton law…

Aka things in motion stay in motion.

And this applies to a few different areas of fitness, but for today I am referencing the fact that getting up and moving means it is easier to have the energy to do other things.

And this can be in two different aspects.

One if you do a stagnant job where there is limited movement going for a walk around the block at least once a day on your lunch break could change the game for you.

And two, adding in regular exercise especially involving weights, bands, med balls or anything of this nature 3-5x a week, will drastically change not only how your body feels, but how much energy you wake up with in the mornings.

Not to mention all the other things that come with it like, more confidence and self-esteem, improving body composition, buying a new wardrobe, feeling happy and motivated.

The list goes on…

So, shall we?

Amazing Energy Boosting Tip #8

So this one is short and sweet.

Simply put supplementing with B vitamins.

Now before you jump straight to that, it is always worth getting blood work done up by your doctor to check these levels.

But a significant portion of women who suffer from fatigue and exhaustion have low levels of B vitamins.

So just supplementing with a good multi-B complex can often be a step in the right direction.
