3 Simple Things For Consistent Healthy Weight Loss

You know what I love?
Because complicated is…well… complicated.
And whenever I try to follow an over-complicated routine or diet…it just doesn’t last.
That’s why I like this routine.
It works for my lifestyle (often busy, a lot going on, etc).
And I can easily follow it.
After all – it’s only three things.
Let’s jump into it:
#1: GET SWEATY
I know, I know – you’ve heard this one before.
But, it’s the truth:
Working out is the fastest way to burn calories and turn fat into muscle.
Here’s my suggestion:
Commit to 30 minutes of getting sweaty every day for the next 30 days.
That’s less time than a Netflix show.
And if you use that time for some simple weight lifting exercises, you’ll see MEGA results once you finish your 30 days.

Set aside 30 minutes per day for the next 30 days to GET SWEATY. I suggest lifting weights, or simple body weight exercises that burn fat and build muscle. For example: lunges, pushups, burpees, rows.
#2: EAT SIMPLE, WHOLE FOODS
Noticing a “simple” trend here?
Sticking to simple, whole foods will help boost your energy throughout the day.
I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time tracking every last thing I eat.
Especially when I’m busy…
So, here’s my quick workaround solution:
Snap a pic of what you eat throughout the day and put it in a “food” photo album on your phone.
I love that food photo album because it is such a simple way to track your food, without having to go nuts trying to write everything down.
And as you’ll see for tip #3 – what gets measured, gets managed.
So the simple exercise of snapping a pic of your food will actually keep you on track.
Focus on simple, healthy foods (most likely to be found around the outside edge of the grocery store). To stay on track, take a photo of everything you eat and keep it in a “food” album on your phone.
#3: CELEBRATE YOUR WINS ALONG THE WAY
Ever notice how fun it is to CELEBRATE?
Even when you have a small win, celebrating it with a smile, fist pump, or even a fun little dance makes the moment special.
It also helps keep you positive and energized about the progress you are making.
EVERY step counts.
Celebrate the small wins along the way – all of them.
You don’t have to do a dance (unless you want to!), but make sure whatever you do feels good.
Got your workout in today?
Celebrate it, and raise your arms up in the air like a winner.
Stick to your healthy meal?
Pump your fist and smile.
I know it sounds a bit corny…but the truth is – it works.
Whether you are midway through a long day or working on losing your next 5 or 10 pounds, celebrating along the way will keep you positive and focused.
