Better Sleep, More Energy, Happier Life In 5 Simple Steps PART 1

One of the number one complaints I hear is that I have ZERO energy…

I can’t get up in the morning

I am exhausted by the end of the day and don’t want to do anything

Does that sound familiar?

Because honestly apart from “I want to lose weight and look fitter”

This is the number one issue people are looking for help with

So the big question then becomes what can I do about this

By the way, this is just scratching the surface in my 12 week program I provide full details on simple ways to have more energy.

Not to mention with my nutrition guidelines you will be leaping out of bed in the morning with so much energy.

But that’s all included in my 12-week program.

That being said, these 5 tips are going to make a massive impact on your life straight away!

Some are easier than others

But lets dive in, shall we?

So the question then becomes hardest first or easiest?

I like to start off gentle.

TIP #1

So the first tip is what you do before you go to sleep.

A lot of unrest is caused by too much going on in the mind

Too much stress, to do lists, planning, etc.

Let’s try and remove that from the brain.

There is 2 ways to go about this…

And I personally find they work best when combined

1. Find a good fiction book and read for 30 mins prior to bed.

This will take you out of your world and into a different one, this can be very relaxing.

2. Meditate or box breathing for 5-10 while lying in bed, this will full relax the body and calm the mind allowing for an easier transition into sleep, as well as a more restful sleep.

Just take deep breaths and count your breaths to 10 and then back to 1, no thoughts just breath and count.

This is covered in way more detail in my 12 week program, but that’s a great place to start.

Now I suffered with insomnia for years, nothing ever worked but these very simple steps has been a game changer for me.

It really doesn’t take much, for my night to be thrown off.

And with producing the absolute best results for YOU I need to be on point at all times.

Just incorporating these steps into my life has meant that I am off in the land of Nod every night and awake in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to rock.

Now this truly is just the basics, within my 12 week program we cover this subject in greater detail as well as many other methods that can be utilized to improve energy levels, sleep better and just generally be happier.
