Eat More Or Eat Less

This is the conundrum

Well not really, but it can be a fine line to walk

There is some logic that can’t be denied, ┬áto burn fat you need to have a negative balance of calories in vs calories out

This is a must, you can’t avoid

Then there is the types of food, timing of food, exercise etc that play a large role

But as discussed yesterday it is very easy to get suckered into not even coming close to eating enough food

There are many diets like this, that will crash your metabolism, yes there is a good chance that you will burn fat in the short term

But these results wont last, and may even end up worse

And there will be a negative back lash one that is hard to come back from

To reverse a crashed metabolism normally takes about 4 weeks of eating 300-500 calories over your daily required amount

So you can see why this would be a negative thing

But this is required if you want to get continued results.

And this is where the eating more comes in,

You need to make good choices on food and you need to eat enough food to make sure you dont crash your metabolism.

If you have heard me talk about any of this in the past you know I don’t follow the normal rules on this

Like NO BREAKFAST

But you still need to be getting at least 2 solid meals, lunch goes something along the lines of nice chicken breast and good sized salad and dinner made up of fish, rice and veggies.

And you can have more meat and veggies at any time during this process.

This is where that fine line between eating more and eating less comes in.

Because eating more of foods such as meat and vegetables is going to have a postive effect on your body and your overall health.
