Fat Or FAT!

It is honestly the best thing ever

Who doesn’t love some good old fat

And best part yet all the health benefits that come with it

But there is fat and there is FAT

Now the questions is what are you eating

Fat has gotten a bad rap over the years

Between no fat, no carbs, and no sugar basically all you eating is meat and that is just asking for trouble

Yes, in the wrong circumstance fat is bad for you

But so is everything

It’s like every person who drinks water will die

It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t drink water

That would just be ridiculous

But when it comes to fat, it is the secret weapon to burn more body fat

And people have been telling you for years not to eat it

Shame on them

So lets start a revolution for this delicious and fat burning food group

Here is what happend when they studied the consumption of fat

“What happened was shocking. The high-fat group ended up burning 300 more calories a day than the low-fat group. The high-fat group also had the most improvements in cholesterol, including lower triglycerides, lower LDL, and lower levels of PIA-1, which shows less likelihood of having blood clots or inflammation. They also showed bigger improvements with insulin resistance or pre-diabetes.”

Now if you ask me those are some pretty damn good reasons to eat fat, wouldn’t you agree?

Plus they taste good and can add a lot of flavor to your food.

But you need to keep in mind where those lovely sexy fats come from.

This is what they said in the study

“The take-home message here is that most of your fat-cell biology becomes controlled by the quality and type of food you eat. That explains why we should eat a whole-foods diet that’s lower in refined carbohydrates, low-glycemic, and high in fiber and quality fat — including avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, nuts and seeds, and eggs.”

I would aslo add in fish and the good fats from meat such a good cut of steak, chicken thighs etc.

It is amazing how much of a difference this can make to your diet.

You need them in your diet.

Boost your metabolism, energy levels and how much fat you burn over all.
