I’m Going To Explode

Have you ever felt like this?

Like it’s all to much

You can’t do it

There is to much going on

And you just want to stop or you will explode

You know that complete overwhelm?

It happens all the time, in general life

But even more often when it comes to health and fitness

There is a million and one different options when it comes to training, nutrition and what to do.

Plus on top of that there is all these conflicting views, one person tells you that X is bad for you, where as Y is great. Then someone else will tell you the exact opposite.

It’s enough to make anyone’s head explode.

So here is what I’d say to you

Take it easy and do one thing a week

Don’ worry about going cold turkey or anything like that

Take baby step forward

Not only will this be easier for you but also will often produce long-term results.

Because when you go over the top with 10,000 new things, it’s pretty hard to maintain and you lose motivation very quickly.

So start with the simple things.

Here is my basic, simple step that always gets everyone riled up, but has worked wonders for my clients.

Skip or delay breakfast

That’s it, just simply don’t eat first thing in the morning

Wait until 10-12 and then make sure that you have a meat source and salad or veggies.

This will change your world
