It’s Time For A Change
August 29, 2016
Don’t you think?
Are you tired of doing the same thing over and over again
Rinse and repeat
Rinse and repeat
It get’s old, really quickly
Now there is 2 scenarios here that get tiresome to fast
But I’m only going to discuss the 1st one today
(You will have to keep reading to find out about the other one)
So the cycle usually goes; join the gym, buy treadmill, fitness equipment, hire trainer etc.
Being really motivated
Ready for a change,
Ready to see the results you have desired for so long
Start amazingly well
You putting in the work, feeling great
Then it gets hard
You get bored or tired, or both
Something comes up, and you say to yourself I’ll do it tomorrow
Then the next day comes and your kid has a crisis
It’s only one more day
Then there is emergency at work so you stay back late
Couple of days off never hurt anyone
Then all of sudden it has been a few months and you can’t find that energy to make it happen anymore
Does that sound familiar?
It is a story I hear all the time
I have exercised on and off for years.
But nothing has ever really stuck
It is hard to stay motivated
Especially if nothing really works
If there is no results it becomes real easy to just call it quits.
That’s why having someone to hold you accountable is so important
I always recommend if you can get your family, partner, best friend, dog on board to help you with your health and fitness goals you are 10x more likely to make it happen.
Especially if you do the exercise and eating with that person
Because then your held accountable to someone other than yourself.
They can keep you on track
This is one of the things that we help with,
Tracking progress to make sure you are on target
To see if anything needs to be changed
And to hold you accountable to your goals that we have set together.
It’s one of our big factors in guaranteeing some of the best results you have ever seen.
So that’s my recommendation to you
Get some who you trust to hold you accountable
And then get some skin in the game
But that’s a story for another day.
Until next time,
