It’s Time To Hibernate

I know this is generally restricted to bears

But it seems to be the case when it comes to fitness as soon as it gets colds and dark everyone seems to stay inside sipping coco by the fire

Well maybe not that

But you get the idea

Now dont get it twisted, I hate being out in the cold especially early in the morning

But this is a big mistake

Every year I get people coming in a few weeks before summer and it goes something like this

“Hi, Im going on holiday/away with the family/to the beach/etc in a couple of weeks and I need to lose 10kgs and drop 2 dress sizes before then can you help me?

Me: Blank Stare

Are you serious?

Them: Yes I need help

Me: You’re right but you should have come
seen me a few months ago

Like I am good, in fact I have yet to see anyone who can produce the results I do

(Not being arrogant, just stating the facts)

But I can’t help you lose 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks, It’s physically impossible unless we train like 8 hours a day 6 days a week and your diet is immaculate that even the body builders are impressed and even then I doubt I could do it.

Well maybe I could but let’s be honest here most people aren’t going to put in the work needed to lose that much that quickly especially straight off the bat.

So what’s the moral of the story here?

It is an old cliche that if you want to feel confident and sexy in the summer, it has to start now, in the winter

And yes that is an actual possibility

I can make that turn around for you, if you commit to the plan and follow through every single day

Dont waste anymore time, make the choice today you will be glad when summer roles around.
