And it could be killing your results
And the worst part is…
There is a very good chance it is in your house
But let me back track a little bit here.
When it comes to losing weight everyone knows it is about eating the right things and cutting out the wrong things
But what about what you drink?
This can be the silent assassin
Killing your results in the night
Let me give you an example, have you ever thought about how much you drink?
In a can of coke there is 40g of sugar!
That is insane
And we all know that soft drink is bad for you
But at the same point apple juice has 39g of sugar and it is toted as being a great healthy choice
It is not
The problem with juice is that it removes all the fiber and then is loaded with sugar
And then because of the sugar content and that it is a liquid, it makes you hungry so then you eat more.
Can you imagine eating the equivalent of a glass of juice in actual fruit?
You would be so full you would feel sick
And when you actually eat the fruit you get the fiber which makes the affects of sugar drastically less devastating on your body.
So my point is, when it comes to the things that you drink, question what is dubbed healthy and what is actually healthy.
In all honesty the simplest way to make sure is to stick with black coffee, green or black tea (no milk) sparkling water and tap water.
You can then know, that you aren’t getting any secret killers.
