RIP Breakfast

Yep it’s over

Its time has run its course and it is now the end

Time to say goodbye

And say hello to sexyness

To confidence

And to dropping dress sizes

I kid you not

Just by a simple quick murder and all these things can be yours

Well that might be over dramatizing a wee bit

But you get the idea

All you have to do is say goodbye to breakfast and BOOM Fat be gone

Well there is a little bit more to it than that

But it is one hell of a start

Increasing your fast period is one of the best things you can do for yourself

Once you get used to it you will have more energy, be more mentally awake, fight disease better and feel better throughout the day.

Now those sound like wonderful benefits to me.

I know I have been laying it on thick the last couple of days with game changing things to do, but I promise they work

Look out, those dress sizes are going to fall away
