Stupidly catchy song that everyone seems to know

But can you actually answer that one

Can you tell me why

Like between you and me

What is your why

Your reason for wanting to change?

Wanting it that way 😉

Ok enough backstreet boys, but seriously

Is it to do something better for yourself?

To improve your health and fitness?

Is it because you feel exhausted all the time,

You don’t like the way clothes fit or feel,

You hate going out, because you just feel uncomfortable.

Clothes shopping is a chore, not something fun and exciting.

You have tried to many times and you always just end up no where or worse than you where before.

You feel helpless and havn’t felt like you in longer than you can remember.

You’re frustrated that you cant do the things you want and cant make the changes you desire.

Because this is the crucial thing, your reason for starting to change needs to be greater than your desire to stay comfortable

This can sound harsh but it is the truth, everyone does this, myself included, we will not change until either the pain of where we are reaches a point that causes us to do something about it.

This is our motivation.

We are motivated by either pleasure or pain.

This is where we come back to our why.

What has motivated you to start?

And what will keep you going?

If you set clear reasons as why you must achieve your goals, what you will get when you reach your goals, and the emotions you will feel once you get there.

Let’s break this down.

Start with why you are here?

What prompted you to take that first step, there was something you desired.

So what was your why?

Now lets move to what you want to achieve?

What things would make you happy?

I want you to be totally honest, it doesn’t matter what they are as long as they are important to you.

Important enough to ensure that you do what is needed from you.

And finally set a date you will have achieved it by, and how amazing it will feel once you get there.

I mean really see yourself there, how does your body feel, what emotions are you going through, every little detail to make it real.

This is a very simplified version of what we walk you through during a Transformation Session.

We show you exactly how to develop your motivation, to set achievable and yet inspiring goals.

Every time we do this process, it is a game changer. They come out with a clear vision, goals, and a method to reach those goals.

We will show you the path, so that you know exactly what you are getting into, and you will know that you can transform your body and your life.

But most importantly, you can maintain those results.
