A question I get a lot is what do you do and what do you offer.

2. It doesn’t sound like much fun does it?

No, I didn’t think so

So let’s get into what we actually do.

We have created a fun and enjoyable environment for women to come train and transform their bodies. Creating a supportive and happy place to workout in.

We do this through what we call semi-private training, now that sounds a like a bit of a know it all term. But what it means is that you get all the fun and excitement of group training while having it personalized to you, to make sure you are getting the support and results that you deserve.

We hold regular sessions for our semi-private training at 6am, 530pm and 630pm, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Plus 6am on Saturday morning.

Each session last’s an hour, and you will be guided the whole time by one of our amazing trainers.

We endeavor to keep things interesting and changing things up during the session to keep you interested, and if that doesn’t work there is always a good convo or 3 going to keep things rolling.

It’s one of the great things about what we do here at Steps to Greatness, we are a family and that means the second you come on board you are also family. Many of my clients have become friends and actually look forward to their sessions because it is apart of their social life.

Now you know a little bit more about what goes on here, lets get into the nitty gritty of what’s going inside.

All of our training happens on site at our private training studio in Katoomba, in there we have a full set up of everything you need to tone up, burn fat, get stronger, and become and healthy.

The only people who will be in the studio are other members and the trainer, there isn’t anyone else allowed. And all the members will be on the same path as you just at different intervals along it. This adds to the environment so that you can see where others are and know that most have been exactly where you are now.

Within each session there will be a mix of weight training, body weight movements and band work. (Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means, we are going to teach you everything)

Within the sessions we will teach and instruct you on how to do each movement properly and guide you along as we progress forward, giving little tweaks here and there to make sure everything is working smoothly.

We tailor the exercises to your level, though you will be in the group setting we wont be throwing you in the deep end and expecting you to do the same weights and movements as others who have been doing this for months. We make it work for you, so that you are getting what you need at an appropriate level.

When you join the family, we also provide full nutrition guidelines, to really ramp up your results. These are very simple and easy to follow, yet time and time again have produced amazing results.

There is also 45 recipes, plus a recipe book that we have had made to make sure that no meal ever goes boring, as well as healthy treat that you can make at home.

We include many other bonuses, but that’s between us and the family so you will have to join to find out more.

We also hold you accountable to the program, because one of the biggest issues we see when people start exercising especially by themselves is that they start off strong and start to slip away after a little while for many different reasons.

If you miss a session we will be checking in to make sure everything is ok, and when we will be seeing you again. We also make sure that you jump online right then and book your next session. Because spots do fill up fast!

We also do fortnightly or monthly check in’s, this is where we take your measurements and see how you are progressing, because if you aren’t hitting your milestones, we will reassess the approach to make sure you reach your goals. There is nothing more important to us than your success.

On top of all this, we also guarantee our results! If you don’t reach the agreed upon results in the time frame set out, we will keep training you for FREE until you do.
